Of Town Franklin, was on his way home on Thursday. from Manitowoc, and had reached the R R crossing at Branch without noticing the afternoon train to the west was along side him. The engine hit the rear of the wagon, breaking it to pieces, throwing Hills to the ground, but inflicting only light wounds to him and the horse.
